With more than 20 years of experience in diverse business sectors, Dr. Basant has been the main axle of our establishment. With a passion for renewable energy and phenomenal business intelligence in the same field, he saw opportunities in this emerging renewable energy sector way back in the year 1998. The company reached the prestigious milestone of 350 MW of wind project development works executed in a single year (2015-16).

Dr. Basant is currently the Chairman of UKF College of Engineering & Technology, which offers B.Tech & M.Tech Programs with a Student capacity of 1000 Students and 200 Staff Members.

• On 23rd October 2016, Dr. Basant received the Best Renewable Energy Developer Award at Madhya Pradesh from Mr. Upendra Tripathi, Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), in the presence of Mr. Manu Shristava, Principal Secretary, Renewable Energy & Mr. Jha, Director-Projects, NTPC.
• On 29th July 2016, he was conferred with BRAND ICON 2016 – SOCIAL ENTERPRISES by The Times of India, Kerala.
• Recognising his incredible work in the field of renewable energy, Colombo University conferred him with a Doctor of Industry in 2013.

Mr. Abhinand holds a Master’s degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from the prestigious University of Manchester, UK. At Kshema Power, he plays a key role in driving global business development and securing strategic funding. Beyond the energy sector, he also oversees operations and growth within the Kshema Group’s hospitality verticals, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to leadership and expansion.

Mrs. Amritha Prasobh is a seasoned engineer with a Master’s degree in Nano Medical Sciences. At Kshema Power, she leads Business Development across the GCC region, driving strategic growth and partnerships. In addition to her role in the energy sector, she also oversees the operations of the educational institution under the Kshema Group, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to leadership and impact.

With over three decades of experience, Ranjith Nair has built a distinguished career as a mechanical engineer and strategic leader in the renewable energy sector. His professional journey spans global roles with industry giants such as Siemens, Doosan Skoda Power, Sabic, Engie Energy International, and Sterlite Power. Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in driving global business expansion, shaping strategy, and navigating complex international markets with insight and precision.

With over three decades of experience spanning renewable energy and telecom, Narayan Kumar leads Kshema Power’s India operations—driving strategy, growth, and profitability. His leadership journey includes pivotal roles at global firms such as Vestas and Acciona, where he developed deep expertise in energy business dynamics and people management.

An MBA graduate from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Narayan brings a strong foundation in innovation and entrepreneurship to steer transformative growth and strategic ventures. At Kshema, his focus remains on cultivating a performance-driven culture and delivering long-term value through sustainable energy solutions.

Rajagopal Venkatesan is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the design, engineering, and EPC execution of power infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on renewable energy. His career includes international exposure, notably in Malaysia, where he worked on advanced Insulated Substations.

At present, he leads the bidding and execution of transmission and distribution verticals at Kshema Power, while also overseeing the design and engineering functions. His deep technical expertise and strategic leadership continue to drive operational excellence across complex energy projects.

With over 27 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, Srinivas Suthram brings deep expertise in driving growth across the Power (Wind) and Capital Goods sectors. His career spans strategic roles in concept selling, market expansion, contract negotiation, and customer engagement, each marked by a strong focus on value creation and long-term partnerships.

At Kshema, he leads business development initiatives with a clear mandate: to expand the company’s footprint in the renewable energy EPC space. His approach is rooted in strategic execution, collaborative teamwork, and a commitment to sustainable growth. By exploring new geographies and strengthening market presence, Srinivas continues to deliver consistent topline and bottom-line performance.

V. N. Kalyanasundaram is a seasoned expert in Supply Chain Management with an impressive track record spanning decades. He has held senior leadership roles in a prominent Indian multinational engineering firm with revenues exceeding USD 20 billion, and has also contributed his expertise to one of India’s leading cement manufacturing companies. His experience includes managing large-scale construction projects across South Asia. At Kshema Power, he heads Global Supply Chain Management, overseeing procurement and logistics for all projects worldwide with precision and strategic foresight.

With over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, Yoganathan T. D began his career in oil and gas exploration and production (1991–2019) before transitioning to renewable energy in 2019. At Kshema Power, he leads land management for solar, wind, and transmission projects, driving land identification, acquisition, and resolution of Right of Way (ROW) challenges across Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. With a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering and an Executive MBA in Production & Operations, he brings a powerful blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership. His vision is to expand Kshema’s footprint across new geographies and contribute meaningfully to India’s clean energy future.

Capt. John Gomez brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience, specialising in people-first strategies that elevate performance and culture. With a strong foundation in talent development, leadership training, and retention, he has consistently driven impact across organisations. A certified facilitator and trainer, he is passionate about enabling growth at both individual and enterprise levels. Rooted in a military background, Capt. Gomez brings discipline, resilience, and a results-driven mindset to every challenge, ensuring that Kshema Power’s people strategy aligns with its long-term business goals.

Mrutunjaya Sahoo leads the Finance & Accounts division at Kshema Power, bringing over 13 years of expertise in audit, financial planning, and strategic fund management. A B.Com graduate from Utkal University and a Chartered Accountant since 2013, he is driven by the belief that every number tells a story and every financial decision shapes the future. His focus lies in governance, risk management, and aligning financial strategy with business vision, building a cash-rich, resilient organisation that supports sustainable growth and reinforces Kshema’s position as a trusted leader in renewable energy EPC.
